We offer free ground shipping on all orders! Our beanies ship from Canada via UPS Ground. You will not be charged any duties or taxes. Shipping time is normally 3-5 days.

Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped same or next day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is ready to ship.

Insurance

All orders are fully insured against loss or damage.

You can return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receipt as recorded by the carrier's tracking system.

If the product is defective we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

If you have changed your mind: beanies have to be in new, completely unused condition with tags on them.

There is no restocking fee.

You can choose between a refund or credit (if you wish to exchange for another size or pattern, subject to availability).

If the above conditions are met, we will issue a refund or credit (your choice) within 7 days of receiving the return. The refund is issued to the original payment method and may take a few days to reach your account, depending on your financial institution's rules. We reserve the right to issue a refund instead of an exchange, depending on our specific pattern(s) inventory levels.
